Today was not a bad day. It had some downright good bits. This evening, however, has been pretty horribly rocky. I donapos;t want to go into details, but Iapos;m getting into a crunch on most of the stressful things in my life, all very close together, and my hold on myself feels pretty shaky and tenuous.
I am grateful for Julian, dear friends, and the cat. They help so much.
More prosaically, eating something and taking my meds is probably also a good plan.
