So something weird happened today, first of all i ate 750cal total (about) and then i burned 600 doing DDR, so thatapos;s a total of 150 and i still feel like i totally screwed up today and i feel rly bad about it. And my mom bought me a shirt and itapos;s an extra small and when i went to try it on i got mad at myself since it wasnapos;t very baggy on me.
